Return & Refund Policy

At SWAG4U, all products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of deliverywith:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Lost Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible as your item will already be in production.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
